1. THE DISPATCH BREAKDOWN (PRODUCTION VS. TRANSIT)
Because your streetwear is built to order, your delivery timeline consists of two separate phases:
- ⚡ Phase 1: Custom Production (2–4 Business Days): Your item undergoes high-definition screen printing, fabric density checks, and quality assurance tailoring.
- ⚡ Phase 2: Tracked Transit (5–10 Business Days): Once your garment passes inspection, it is transferred to our global shipping networks.
Total Estimated Delivery Horizon: 7–14 business days from placement to your doorstep.
2. TRANSPARENT TRACKING COORDINATES
The moment your order leaves our production line, an automated shipping confirmation email is dispatched to your inbox. This message contains live, tracking numbers and an interface link to monitor your cargo in real time.
3. GLOBAL IMPORT FEES & DUTIES
ZZ&A dispatches packages worldwide. Any localized custom inspection delays, country-specific import taxes, or regional delivery duties incurred at your destination border are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
